Started in 1963 in St. Johns Michigan by Douglas Cook, it wasn’t until 1983 that Agro-Culture Liquid Fertilizers was incorporated. At this time, Troy and Jill (Cook) Bancroft joined the team to help turn Agro-Culture Liquid Fertilizers into the success it is today. Over the years, we’ve understood that advanced crop fertility products and agricultural practices come from intense agronomic research and applied technology, not guesswork. That’s why everything we learn through our extensive research program goes into the development and manufacture of the most efficient, environmentally responsible crop nutrient products available. Our entire line of fertilizers are formulated to help growers achieve the best possible yields while employing sustainable agricultural practices. We believe in five basic principals. Honesty, Integrity, Ethics, Quality and Giving Back; in everything we do. It’s these core values that contribute to making Agro-Culture Liquid Fertilizers stand out above the rest. Today the company also includes Troys sons; Nick, Albert and Gerrit Bancroft. Nick is currently the Vice President, Albert is the Marketing Manager, and Gerrit is the Senior Site Operations Manager. We provide plant nutrition products and exceptional service to cropping operations, both large and small, in over forty states, Canada, and Mexico, as well as Belize. Sales Account Managers support a network of over 120 individual Area Managers and Ag Distributors, employing several hundred highly trained sales representatives, who partner together, effectively marketing Agro-Culture Liquid Fertilizers across North America.
